C. Destination Services & Logistics

Handling:

» Visa and registration support

» Accommodation coordination

» Transport planning and scheduling

» Permit-related processes

This team ensures that administrative and logistical elements are integrated seamlessly into each program.

D. Guides & Cultural Specialists

We work with:

» Licensed professional guides

» Regional specialists

» Language-qualified interpreters

Guides are selected based on:

» Subject expertise

» Language proficiency

» Group profile and travel purpose
