These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the DOSTORI Travel website and the services provided by DOSTORI Travel, a tourism brand operated by Dost Maslahat Individual Enterprise (IE), registered in Turkmenistan.

By contacting us, submitting an inquiry, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

DOSTORI Travel provides inbound tourism, event coordination, and destination services in Turkmenistan, including but not limited to:

» Tour packages and tailor-made travel programs

» Event and delegation coordination

» Destination services (visa support, hotels, transport, guides, permits)

All services are provided based on individual requests and confirmed agreements.

2. Inquiries and Proposals

All inquiries submitted through the website are non-binding.

Programs, itineraries, and cost estimates are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices and conditions may change prior to final confirmation.

3. Bookings and Confirmations

A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation by DOSTORI Travel and, where applicable, receipt of required deposits or payments.

Specific booking terms, payment schedules, and cancellation policies will be communicated separately for each service or program.

4. Payments

Payment terms vary depending on the nature of services requested.

All applicable payment details will be provided in advance.

Bank charges, currency differences, or third-party fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may result in additional costs depending on suppliers’ policies.

DOSTORI Travel is not responsible for costs arising from late changes requested by the client.

Cancellation terms will be specified per booking.

6. Visas, Permits, and Official Requirements

Visa approval, entry permissions, and permits are subject to decisions by relevant authorities.

DOSTORI Travel provides assistance but cannot guarantee approval of visas or permits.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation.

7. Liability

DOSTORI Travel acts as an organizer and coordinator of services provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for force majeure events, including but not limited to weather conditions, governmental actions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the scope of services directly provided by us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Turkmenistan.
